Das Bundesarbeitsgericht bittet den Gerichtshof der Europäischen Union um Vorabentscheidung über folgende Frage: Kann ein Anspruch auf bezahlten Jahresurlaub, der aufgrund unterlassener Mitwirkung des Arbeitgebers nicht bereits nach § 7 Abs. 3 BUrlG verfallen konnte, gemäß § 194 Abs. 1, § 195 BGB verjähren?
