General contract law

What rights do you have as a tenant or landlord and how can you assert them? Do you as a landlord or tenant want to terminate the rental agreement? Or are you about to sign a contract and want to have the validity of the rental agreement clauses checked? Other disputes relating to tenancy law include rent increases, the landlord's own use of the property, legal eviction proceedings, cosmetic repairs, deposits or the design of commercial rental agreements.

What rights and obligations do you have as a client or contractor? The contractor owes the client services that are free of material and legal defects. If he does not fulfill these, the client has warranty rights, such as subsequent performance, withdrawal from the contract or, if applicable, claims for damages against the contractor.

When is the contractor's remuneration or partial remuneration due? When should acceptance take place or when and to what extent can it be refused? How should the contractor proceed if acceptance of his work is refused and his claim to remuneration is therefore not due?

I would be happy to advise you on various rental and construction contract matters.
